Re: 2005 BMW Mustang
Gonna repeat a pic, but my current goal is to hide my system....because i'm bored. Lol
Amps are going in a trunk corner and the distro block and speaker terminal strip are going along the trunk wall i made.
These will be hidden by carpeted panels.
Subs are going in the back seat area and will be made to look like they're part of the angled panel i'm wrapping and installing. The "seat" will be hinged and lined with padding to use as storage area. This is a tiny mustang after all.
I moved the tweeter pods from the windshield side of the A pillars to the door side and pointed them at a midpoint between the shoulders of each seat, which makes the driver side a skitch off axis and the passenger side ~15⁰ off axis. Guess who's gonna learn phase?

Re: 2005 BMW Mustang
Can't find my fcking full-thread, countersunk 1/4-20 bolts so ignore the spacers on the long-azz bolts in the middle. Gonna wrap the entire seat area once i decide on black or charcoal carpet.
Hinged the bottom area for some storage after i clean it out and add some padding material and block off the corner where i have my isolater from the lithium bank (on the back of the 2x4 on the passenger side). Call it a failsafe so i know the power to my amps is dead.
Bets on the reinforcing capability of JB Weld? Doing this experiment because it's free materials. Metal is from a tore-up DVR case i saved because you never know.

Re: 2005 BMW Mustang
Just got my Scanspeak 18M4631T00 Revelator midbasses in yesterday, so of course i spent last night installing them 🤣
These things blow all the "high end" speakers i've heard out of the water...except the Illuminators, those are pure gold.
